Pamela Thorsch

Pamela Thorsch brings knowledge, experience, and expertise to each notary signing she conducts. As a mobile notary public and loan signing agent, she processes with a keen eye for detail, providing professional and reliable notarial services and ensuring that all notary appointments are conducted smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Prior to being commissioned in the State of Oregon, she was a commissioned notary and NSA in California from 2017 to 2021. Licensed real estate sales agent in California since 1991. 

Prior to her career as a commissioned notary, Pamela engaged in the corporate world working for several fortune 500 companies. From 2003-2012 she was the executive director of Rebuilding Together San Diego, a nonprofit organization that renovated homes for low-income homeowners and completed a number neighborhood revitalization projects improving lives and communities throughout San Diego County.
