Living Trusts

A Living Trust is a binding arrangement that lets you decide how your assets are managed and protected for your benefit during your lifetime. Then upon death, distributed to your beneficiaries. It is considered to be a means to avoid probate. An attorney can advise you and prepare the documents for you. 

Once your documents have been prepared and you have them in hand, in many cases they are required to be notarized in order for them to be compulsory, along with notarizing any required signatures of those bearing witness to the signing.
